This program seeks to provide a unique platform for visionaries and dreamers to bring their groundbreaking ideas to life. A total of 35 individuals will be selected to work directly with OBS Group Inc. in a hybrid mode, collaborating with various divisions and chapters of the company.
The goal of the fellowship is to incubate, facilitate, and support the integration of innovative concepts into the products and services offered by OBS Group, transforming visionary ideas into real-world solutions.
Fellowship Structure and Duration:
The research incubation period for the fellowship will last between a minimum of 89 days and a maximum of 179 days, depending on the progress and requirements of the projects. Throughout this period, fellows will receive remuneration as per the OBS Specialization Level – Entry Salary Range.
For candidates in India, this salary will range from INR 45,321.98 to INR 51,982.12 per month.
For international candidates, the OBS Specialization Level - Entry Salary Range (Global) will be applicable, ensuring competitive remuneration across different regions.
This fellowship offers an excellent opportunity for selected individuals to work alongside OBS Group Inc., contributing directly to the company’s product and service innovation pipeline. During the period of 90 days to 179 days the final product/service can be delivered to the OBS Group Inc. through an internal peer-review process and presentation.
Application and Selection Process
Applicants are encouraged to provide comprehensive and detailed descriptions of their innovative ideas. Priority may be given to candidates who can demonstrate a well-developed concept or present a working prototype of the innovation they wish to develop through OBS Group Inc.
This focus on well-articulated, advanced-stage ideas aims to streamline the incubation process and increase the likelihood of successful integration into OBS’s offerings. However, applicants at all stages of development are encouraged to apply, as the fellowship is designed to support both emerging and mature ideas.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the innovations created or developed during the fellowship will remain with the individual innovators. OBS Group Inc. is committed to fostering creativity and innovation while ensuring that the intellectual property developed during the fellowship is retained by its creators. This ensures that participants maintain ownership and control over their work, allowing them the freedom to pursue future opportunities.
Fellowship Outcomes and Awards
At the conclusion of the fellowship, participants who successfully produce a final or near-final product/service will be considered for additional rewards. Among these, the top two innovators will receive:
Award money of INR. 50 Lacs recognizing their exceptional contributions.
A direct employment offer from OBS Group Inc., giving them the opportunity to continue their work within the company and further develop their ideas as part of the OBS family.
In addition to the top two, direct employment offers will be extended to individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment, creativity, and diligence throughout the research and innovation process. Those who have consistently displayed dedication and professionalism will be recognized and potentially offered permanent roles at OBS Group Inc., even if they do not receive the top awards.
