The Observation Media & Finance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was founded, which was a premature concept of establishing a content serving mobile and web application alongside a printed monthly journal, seeking to publish voices of the oppressed from around the globe. The Finance wing would have a service based approach to deliver enterprise consumers custom payment solutions and workspace management software solutions.
The Observation received its First Investment Funding to expand into a product based Software-as-a-Service and End-to-End Payment Solution Systems provider to other Enterprise Customers. The Observation Media & Finance Ltd. commercialized its SaaS product The Observation Serenity Workspace and Deloitte Inc. became its first Enterprise Consumer.
OBS Group Inc. was born, as the company registered itself in the United States for Global Expansion and got accepted into HEC Paris Incubation, through which OBS Group Inc. was able to raise around 25 Million USD.
OBS Group Inc. rapidly expanded its portfolio of Products and Services. Presently spanning over 73 Departments in 8 Domains and around 2237 OBS Dreamers.

Emerging from the dissolution of The Observation Media & Finance, this new organization is dedicated to pioneering technical research solutions in the forms of Products & Services across a diverse range of industries, including Computing. Design, Infrastructure, Retail, Aviation, and Agriculture—all sectors grappling with foundational challenges.
With a global outlook on all facets of its operations, the corporation combines the robust resources of a monolith with the agility of a startup. Described as "Heterodoxy in Business Acceleration" by Knowledge@HEC Paris, this innovative corporate has significantly disrupted the investment sector, distinguished by its rapid fund raises and accelerated idea-to-market expansions.
Due to the dissolution procedure of The Observation Media & Finance Technologies, OBS Group Inc. lost some of its original co-founding dreamers.
