1. Eligibility for Cancellations and Refunds
1.1 Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions billed on a monthly basis can be canceled at any time. However, cancellation requests will be applied to the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current month once payment has been processed.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may also be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be granted for unused portions of the annual subscription period.
1.2 One-Time Purchases
For any one-time purchases made through OBS Webspace, OBS Serenity Workspace App, or OBS One App, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after the transaction is completed unless specifically stated otherwise for individual products or services.
2. Process for Cancellations
2.1 Canceling Through OBS Webspace
Log into your account on OBS Webspace.
Navigate to the “Billing” section in your account settings.
Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
Once confirmed, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, after which the cancellation will take effect.
2.2 Canceling Through OBS Serenity Workspace App and OBS One App
Open the OBS Serenity Workspace or OBS One App.
Go to “Account Settings” and select “Subscription Management.”
Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions canceled in-app will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Conditions
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues directly caused by OBS Group Inc. that prevent you from using our services, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will review and, if verified, may issue a partial or full refund based on the severity and duration of the problem.
Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date for investigation and potential refund.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
User Error: Refunds are not granted for errors such as incorrect subscriptions selected by users, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel a subscription on time.
No-Show or Lack of Use: Refunds will not be issued for lack of use or non-utilization of the purchased services.
Non-Compliance with Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

4.1 Refund Requests

4.2 Refund Process and Timeline
Refunds approved by OBS Group Inc. will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refunded amount to your account.
5. Third-Party Payment Processors
For payments made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
Cancellations and refund requests for subscriptions or purchases made through these platforms should be handled in accordance with Google’s or Apple’s refund policies.

OBS Group Inc. reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
