OBS AgroTech is in the process of implementing this groundbreaking new Employment Offering Systems at two of its most renowned estates — the OBS Mullyanagiri Chadradhrona Coffee Estate in Chikmagalur and the OBS Teesta Tea Estate in Darjeeling.
Through this initiative, over 1,500+ Estate Dreamers involved in the cultivation, processing, and packaging of tea and coffee will be the first to benefit from the Corporate Agriculture Services Employment model.
